Comments & Suggestions

We are happy to accept and consider comments and suggestions from our patients. Please present your views in writing at reception, or place them in the suggestion box.

Complaints Procedure

The NHS takes complaints, criticisms and concerns very seriously. We have an in-house procedure to deal with complaints. If you have a complaint, please contact our practice manager Mrs Deborah Revell, in writing or by appointment. She will acknowledge your letter within three working days and respond more fully, after investigating the matter, within a timescale discussed with you.
