Order your repeat prescription online:
Repeat prescriptions take three full working days to process and will be available for collection after 2.00pm on the allotted day. The right hand side of your prescription contains a list of your current repeat medication. To order your repeat prescription please tick the appropriate box and deliver it to the surgery. This may be in person or by post. Prescriptions can be posted back to you providing you include a stamped, addressed envelope. We regret that we are unable to take telephone requests or requests from pharmacies without prior arrangement with the surgery.

You must re-order your prescriptions from the surgery as we no longer accept requests from the chemists. You can still sign up with a local pharmacy for their collection service. We also now use the Electronic Prescription Service, which means you will no longer need to visit your GP surgery to collect your prescription; your GP will send it electronically to the pharmacy you have nominate saving you time. Please visit your local pharmacy or ask at reception for more information.
Repeat prescriptions can also be ordered online with the patient facing service (patient access). As well as ordering prescriptions you can make appointments and view your medical records. If you have a smartphone there is an app you can download onto your phone for free. (patient access app) If you wish to use the facility and view your medical records we do need photographic evidence, please ask at the reception desk for more information.
Questions about your prescription
If you have questions about your medicine or your prescription please contact the surgery.
