We are in the process of transitioning to a new triage system called Anima and it will launch on Tuesday 8th April 2025. This system will allow patients to be triaged more efficiently based on urgency and need and will allow you to submit a medical or admin request online without waiting in a phone queue. We appreciate your patience as we implement these changes and strive to improve our service. Please keep an eye on the website and posters throughout the surgery for more information in the coming weeks.
